Pelican's Perch

  The amenities at the home were awesome. We used the darts, ping pong, pool, and pickle ball every day. Easy walk to the beach.

The house was gorgeous, beds were comfy, coffee bar was full stocked and the TVs already had Netflix. We loved Everett as well!

The pool, pickleball court, and other games on the first floor entertained the adults and kids alike.
Even with all of the above amenities, the best part of this house was the hospitality. Anwer was extremely communicative before our trip and that carried on with the property manager during our stay. 5 star service across the board. In fact Anwer arranged a pizza party for our daughter and her friends when the property manager found out we were there for her birthday. Outstanding and would recommend Pelican’s Perch to everyone.

The owners made sure that we were comfortable by providing snacks for us,comfy robes in the master suites, and toiletries in each bathroom! The only thing missing were slippers 😉.. lol!! They had everything we needed to enjoy the beach life such as bikes, beach towels, and toys/ games for the kids. The outside area is well lit and great for hanging out day and night. They even gave us a kit to make s’mores (which the kids LOVED 🥰) ..Anwer (owner) was so thoughtful and is great about messaging back quickly to answer any questions and Everette (house manager) lives a mile away and is the best! The outdoor space was also great with the pool, fire pit and ping pong table. We used all the beach gear and liked taking the bikes to explore the area. Beach access was just across street which was convenient. We came down from Michigan and really enjoyed exploring Gulf Shores area. We cooked most of our meals in the gorgeous kitchen that had everything we needed. Everette came by after we checked in to show us around. He was always available by text for any questions. Highly recommend this place for your family.

Even tho our early March weather wasn’t perfect, we had tons of fun swimming in the heated pool, and playing with the games under the house. When the sun came out, playing on the private pickleball court was fun and it was a short walk to the beach. Everett was an amazing local contact who was so responsive, helpful and full of good suggestions for activities and restaurants.

  Pelican’s Perch = Perfection! Beautiful home, very close to the beach and everything was absolutely pristine. This home had it all, well appointed, with all the accommodations you... read more could want in a little getaway, picturesque views, in ground pool, tiki bar, fire pit, outdoor sound system, pickle ball court and at least 55” TV in every room. The entertainment space was also amazing with plenty of seating to gather and the front porch or balcony was great for sitting, talking and watching the waves roll in. Anwer was an excellent host, swift to respond and Everett was available for anything we needed. Perfect for our girl’s trip and would definitely stay again in the future!
